We are passionate about our responsibility to develop the next generation of soccer players, and our long-term player development plan is consistent with some of the highest achieving soccer clubs within America, and around the world.

PURPOSE

Maintain an elite soccer environment that allows players to compete at the collegiate and professional level, while also instilling the higher purpose of being a productive member of society on their journey to becoming a young adult.

  • Practice centered environment specific to the ages and stages of our players

  • Effective coach to player ratios

  • Prioritizing half a field for practices

  • Planned practice development blocks across a 10-month period

  • Competitive league (Carolina Champions League) and tournament experiences (Jefferson Cup, NCFC Showcases, US Club Carolina State Cup and Southeast Regionals/Nationals)

  • US Soccer and CONCACAF licensed coaching staff
